As the Program Director, Donna is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and staff to ensure a positive client experience. Donna came to Living Well in April of 2014, bringing to the center over 20 years’ experience in the health care industry, with experiences ranging from emergency medicine and psychiatry to hospice. Her experience includes the delivery of direct patient care as well as human resources and management. Worcester is home to Donna. She has raised her family here and continues to be an active volunteer for a variety of community events. You will often hear her say: “If you always do right by client and family, you can never go wrong”.
The Director of Nurses assumes the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in the facility. Teresa joined Living Well in 2013 with both a business and nursing background. While working in the small business arena, she began work as a Hospice Volunteer. This extremely rewarding experience prompted Teresa to pursue her nursing degree. She graduated receiving the highest honors as a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Since earning her degree, she has gained experience caring for residents with varying degrees of dementia and also clients who required rehabilitation services and long term care services

Karen joined our team in November 2015. She is a graduate of Cairn University with undergraduate degrees in Social Work and Bible. She has a Master of Social Work from the University of New England where she graduated summa cum laude and as a member of Phi Alpha (Social Work Honor Society). Karen has worked as a social worker in several nursing home and rehab facilities in Concord, Lexington and Worcester. As the Director of Social Services, Karen works with not only our clients but their outside services team members as well. Karen is excited to be a member of the Living Well team!

Elena (or Helen as we know her) started her career in 2009 with our sister company Aging Well. She is a Russian speaking Recreational Therapist that as the Activity Director provides for an ongoing program of activities designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Helen’s musical talents are heard and enjoyed throughout the center and her ability to connect with the clients in a meaningful way is what brings a strong sense of family to the center.
